Copyright Infringement Policy

(as of July 7, 2018)

1. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

You may request the removal of any materials on or from the Platform if you believe those materials infringe your copyright. Please submit a written notification (an “Infringement Notice") to us at support@justsnapme.co. We will respond to notices and comply with the applicable laws.

We are not obligated to take any action if you fail to send the Infringement Notice to us. By submitting an Infringement Notice, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand for the purposes of all proceedings, including but not limited to proceedings related to any offences or liability under the Thai Copyright Act or any other applicable law and to offences or liability for perjury or making false statements.

2. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

You may file a counter-notification (a "Counter-Notice") if you believe that the material you posted on the Platform was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification. Please submit written notification to us at support@justsnapme.co.

We are not obligated to take any action if you fail to send the Counter-Notice to us. By submitting a Counter-Notice, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand for the purposes of all proceedings, including but not limited to proceedings related to any offences or liability under the Thai Copyright Act or any other applicable law and to offences or liability for perjury or making false statements.

Once we receive your Counter-Notice, we will take reasonable steps to restore, or to restore access to, the removed content, if it is technically and practically feasible to do so. If, before we complete the restoration of, or the restoration of access to, the removed content, the owner of the copyright in the removed content, or any party under the owner's authority, commences court proceedings against you, or against us to prevent the restoration of, or the restoration of access to, the removed content, and we are informed of such action, we will cease such steps to restore, or to restore access to, the allegedly infringing content.

3. DISABLE OR TERMINATE REPEAT INFRINGERS

In appropriate circumstances, it is our policy to disable and/or terminate the Accounts of Users who are repeat infringers.
